Determining the scale of your dollhouse can be tricky, especially if you're renovating an old dollhouse. We have created a handy guide to scales and measurements to help you determine the scale of your dollhouse or miniature items. All miniature items available to purchase on our website are 1:12 (1 inch) scale, which is the standard scale for a collector's dollhouse. Any items that are not 1:12 scale, mostly glues and tools, will be clearly stated in the product description.

This is one of the most famous scales, for being the first of all and still very popular. It is the scale in which thebarbie dolls since its inception in 1959, and was also used for the world's first commercialized action figures: the G.I. Joe from Hasbro, launched in 1964. Today it is still used for the manufacture of dolls for both children and luxury figures for adult collectors. The standard size of these dolls is 12 inches tall, which is approximately 30 cm. Star Wars figures since its inception with Kenner have been released in two different lines: one in this scale and one in 1:18 scale.
I need advice regarding the lighting in my dollhouse. Can you help?
First, you need to decide whether corded lighting or battery lights (or a combination of both) is right for you.
Battery lights are a simple and quick way to add ambience to your rooms, but each light must be turned on and off individually.
Wired lighting is more complicated to install, but has the advantage of being able to be turned on and off all together or in groups, depending on how you choose to set it up.

Can I return products that I no longer need?
Any unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the criteria.
Refunds do not include postage and packaging costs.

Do you offer an exchange service?
No, we do not offer an exchange service. All items returned to us will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment, provided they are eligible under our Returns Terms and Conditions.
Can I return items from more than one order in the same package?
Yes. As long as all items included in the package are returned in accordance with our Returns Terms and Conditions, you can return products from multiple orders in the same package. If you are returning items this way, please clearly mark on any paperwork you enclose in your return package exactly which items are being returned from which orders. Any confusion surrounding your returned items may cause your refund to be delayed.
